Refund & Cancellation Policy – STAYS App

1. Subscriptions

Our annual subscriptions (STAYS Premium) are non-refundable once activated.
Exceptions may apply in case of service errors or non-delivery.

2. Hotel Bookings

All bookings are subject to the hotel’s cancellation and refund policy displayed at the time of booking.

3. How to Request a Refund

For refund requests, please contact support@staysapp.com with your booking or payment reference.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
